Need to Start or Stop Service with NU?

To start a New Service Request, please download and complete the required forms for your service (below) and email to CustomerService@NewportUtilities.com, or stop by our office at 170 Cope Blvd. in Newport during normal business hours. Submission of a photo ID is also required in order to initiate a New Service Request.

*Note: You will need to download the forms to your device before filling out and saving your changes. Email CustomerService@NewportUtilities.com to receive your Secure Upload link to submit your completed forms.
