A Usage Alert is a helpful notification that can help you stay informed about your power and water usage. By setting personalized hourly and/or daily usage thresholds in your SmartHub app, you can receive instant notifications whenever your usage exceeds (or falls below) the usage thresholds that you have chosen. This proactive approach empowers our customers to make informed decisions about their usage habits and potentially reduce the cost of their monthly bills.
