- Lobby: 8:30 am-4:00 pm | Tuesday through Thursday
- Available Services: Bill Pay, Applications for Service at Existing Locations, Disconnection of Services at Existing Locations, Transfers, Deceased Accounts, Security Lights, Account Inquiries/Assistance, General Questions
- Drive-Thru: 8:00 am-4:30 pm | Monday through Thursday
- Available Service: Bill Pay

- Cash and Check payments only
- Phone Operators: 7:30 am-4:30 pm | Monday through Thursday + 7:30 am-4:00 pm on Friday
